NAI Wisinski is one of the largest real estate brokers/managers for commercial properties in West Michigan. Their team is heavily dependent on technology, with most employees working all over the state, at any time of the day or night.

Need

NAI approached Virtual Systems to discuss moving into a holistic solution, one that would perform with better speed, better flexibility, and allow their sales force easy access to everything they need wherever they are. They also required careful attention to data redundancy; since real estate is a “communication heavy” business, they needed a robust way to easily protect and backup all the data they use.

Solve

The Virtual Systems’ team worked alongside NAI to migrate 60+ users to a cloud workspace solution, giving their team the “anywhere, anytime access” they were looking for and simplifying their discussions about what devices their employees could use and how to manage those devices. Additionally, Virtual Systems built in disaster recovery, which allowed NAI to quickly bounce back from any malware/ransomware attack and even provided unlimited archiving of their O365 data. This ensured email and One Drive data would never be lost.

Impact

NAI saw better operational efficiencies because their sales team could access everything from the field, inside his or her own cloud workspace. They easily employed a Bring Your Own Device strategy, which included better data protection and an easy, predictable subscription model to fit their entire IT strategy.
